        Hi Everyone,

        Glad to be here. I am looking to invest in my first deal. Stumbled upon Laundromat Resource channel on YouTube and really liked the content. I will be looking to invest in Update New York or North/Central/South New Jersey and surrounding areas. I am new to Laundromat but not new to business. I have retail experience owning & running a C-store a few years back.

        Looking forward to learn and share.
