        Hey out there! Does anyone have any recommendations for good brokers in the Chicago area?

          Hey Tom I am also looking for a good broker in the Chicago area as well. I am looking for someone to help me purchase my first laundromat. Also looking for what things I should look for when purchasing one.

            There are a handful of brokers in the Chicago area. I don’t know who is trustworthy though. I do personally know Chris Schultz with Midwest Laundries and all the guys there are good people. They are a local distributorship and not brokers, but they know the market and can assist in many ways.
