Hello all!

My wife and I are really trying to gear up and get our first laundry mat. We aren’t that well off to start but we are exploring financing options and the SBA seems to have the best interest rate and terms for us to attempt to get a loan through them. My question is, does anyone have experience with them? If so, would you recommend it? We have less than stellar credit but are willing to exhaust all options to try and get this started.
