        Just started in my journey for getting my first Laundromat and stumbled across this deal by PWS in my area of Sacramento County.

        Any thoughts or anyone have experience working with them? It would be a brand new buildout that they put market research into. Not a franchise. I have the Sales package PDF they gave me but don’t see an option to upload.
