        Hi everyone

        I have a question, I have a realtor that just sent me some listings of laundry mats for sale in the Los Angeles area and all of the listing mentioned that the inventory is not included in the sales price

        The amount of the sales are between $120,000-$325,000 and I was wondering if this is normal for the inventory not to be included?

          That’s fairly typical for any business sale. My guess is that the inventory they show would be spare parts and consumables for WDF business. Another area to negotiate when you find the right one to pursue.
