Joining from the SF Bay Area. I’ve been reading, listening, and watching as much as I can about acquiring laundromats but figured it was time to hit the forums. Hoping to connect with someone from the area to learn more and hopefully I can provide value in return. I’ve been in the insurance/finance space for ~20 years and I recently went back and completed my MBA at Berkeley Haas – neither of which makes me an expert in laundromats but I’m sure I’ll be able to use those skills to help along the way. I’d like to make (or at least start) my first acquisition in Q1 2023 but not at the expense of a bad deal, so timing is somewhat flexible.
