Working on closing on my first laundromat. My local bank is having a valuation performed. In order to have a plan B in place and in case we need to request another valuation, does anyone know a company or individual who is accustomed to doing valuations on laundromats. The multiplier used for laundromats is different than a lot of businesses out there, so having someone that knows how to valuate these types of businesses would be beneficial. Please let me know if you can help point me in the right direction.
