        I have found a very rundown laundromat in my area. It is NOT FOR SALE. It is its own building, unattended. I did some digging and found out that the owner owned the business next to it. That was his passion, not the laundromat. That owner passed away a couple years ago. My question is… does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach his family on purchasing the laundromat? Thank you!
