Hello everyone, I’m a new member here and potential future investor. I’m from the CT/NY area.
My wife and I are almost done in our “capital accumulation” phase and starting to educate ourselves on the industry. We’re definitely not looking to build out a new mat, just take over an existing one and hopefully go from there.
The wife is currently not working due to Covid and kids (one being a newborn) so we are hoping to take this opportunity and get into the mat business as semi-absentee owners.
I hope to be a part of this community and gain insight into what it takes to fulfill our goals. Thank you.

Hey Andre,
Welcome! It sounds like you’re on the right track you just need to hurry up and wait. It can be a grind looking for and acquiring a LM. Don’t be discouraged if things don’t work out right away just keep grinding and you’ll get there.

Early Morning to all, I’m a newbie in this industry still learning as much as possible.
When I say I’m new I mean new from looking to SBA mircoloans to fund to looking online for as much information as possible to build a solid foundation to become a investor/owner in this industry.
I’m excited to have seen the youtube podcast and videos and the link to this website. Because, it truly is a resource to have with so little information about the industry not available.
Looking forward to learning more and becoming a owner

Andre! Welcome! Sounds like you and your wife have been working hard and are almost ready to pull the trigger! Exciting! I think laundromats can be a great path to that freedom you guys are looking for! I’m glad you’re a part of the community and hope we get to connect soon!
