Hi Jason, Since April of this year we have been using the CleanCloud system and so far so good ! I bought my laundromat in March of 2017 and there weren’t many POS choices back then. I needed a POS system and I followed the advice of my distributor and bought the only system they sold at the time, which was Liberty Touch Control. The liberty system is robust and reliable, but it is designed for dry cleaners, not laundromats. I was able to customize it to fit my needs, for the most part, but when my pickup/delivery service started growing I decided to make a change.

CleanCloud works for dry cleaning, but it is a comprehensive laundromat software system as well. It can handle over the counter wash and fold orders and it can move orders through the different steps of processing. It also has a well designed pickup/delivery component complete with a GPS based driver app that I run from my phone in my truck. This component streamlined my P/D service and took the worry out of missed opportunity and route building mistakes.
