I’d like to make an offer to purchase a laundry. I’ve searched online but cannot find a sample offer template that is for laundromats. I have been cautioned to be very careful with using an offer prepared by some brokers because the terms only protect the seller. Rather than hire an attorney and reinventing the wheel, I’d like to begin with a solid starting point. Your help is most welcome and appreciated.
