Can anyone recommend their best (most profitable & least hassle) commercial wash & fold accounts? I’m looking to build up a new stream of revenue for my laundromat and I’d like to use your input to create a prospecting list. Thank you in advance!

          Hey Joe,

If you haven’t watched Curbside’s commercial laundry webinar, check that out on YouTube. That’s a good start. After that is going to be relatively dependent on your market and what is available for you to try and capture. Air BnB’s can be good, especially if you can find a few that are managed by a property manager and get them on one account. Smaller hotels are a possibility, but sometimes you are competing at a lower cost on those. If you have some industries around you that get their gear nice and dirty, that can be profitable; things like oil field workers, manufacturing plants, etc. Restaurants, spas and massage parlors, gyms, PT offices, the list goes on. In general you want to target any and all of the laundry needs of local businesses and see where you can help them eliminate that problem.

          Hope that helps a bit.

Thank you, Brad, much appreciated. I agree the Curbside webinar was a good place to start and your other suggestions will give me something to work towards. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. Joe
