Hi my name is Derek Hanson and I am in the research stage of purchasing my first laundromat. I have been involved with real estate construction and development my entire career and looking to start something of my own. I was recently reintroduced to the laundromats while working for a retail property owner. We had a tenant that build a new store in one of our properties. I am looking forward to meeting some of you and learning more about the industry and hopefully purchasing a laundromat within the next year.
