Hell everyone I’m Alex. Just starting to get my feet wet in the laundry mat space. I am a real estate investor and with the price of real estate so high right now I have decided to start looking at laundry mats. I actually have been thinking about this for a for years even sat down with a laundry mat owner to discuss the business but kind of put it on the back burner. Well now I am serious about it.
