Hi Leobardo, I have been searching for a couple of years. I have had 2 almost got them deals. I would say to begin with try not to get to attached to the store you are looking at. Try to step away and see all the pro’s and con’s. Use all the free evaluation sheets that are available at this site. When it comes down to it – there is not all that much to consider. #1 is the location (lease – purchase -infrastructure – competition ) #2 Is Equipment (age – function, – payment method – infrastructure quality ) #3 Current Income and Expense ( how much is it currently making or loosing – How much can it make or lose? – Don’t trust any info provided and verify independently ) Watch all the video’s and good luck!
