        Hi my name is Jonathan and I’m looking to buy my 1st laundromat. I have experience in residential housing but this is my first in the commercial space. I’m trying to figure out next steps. Should I apply for the SBA loan first and secure funding or should I start looking at laundromats in my area and start soliciting owners?
