        I’ve looked for laundromats for about 20 years off and on. Deals never worked out. Had a few coin box stuffers and out and out liars discovered during due diligence. Soured on the idea for 15 years, but I’m going to dive in in 2023.

          Great to hear you’re back on the hunt! With your experience, is there any tips for avoiding the coin stuffers and liars in the laundry business?

            Welcome back and good luck.

            Based on your findings, I would surmise that you did a great job with due diligence. I pulled the trigger on my mat back ~ 2008. It’s been a great run. One of my best business decisions. Only regret was not jumping in sooner.
