        Anyone buying/evaluating laundromats in the Boston area? I’d love to chat about 1) what your experience has been like and 2) if its possible to get similar ROIs in high cost real estate areas.

          Hi Adam,
          I just bought a Laundromat in Methuen, MA in November 2020. I live in Newburyport, MA so it is an easy commute (20 minutes away). Ours has a good stream of Wash, dry and fold business already, but coin-op is not great

          Happy to share anything with a fellow Massachusetts buyer
