        Hello Family , I have a question I am new to this . I have contacted a broker to a listing that I saw he sent me over some documents to fill out with information on my self, financials , business background is this standard when you contact a broker before they will give you any information on the location of the business ????????

          Yes,
          They need to qualify you as a buyer before they give you insider information. They will also have you sign an non disclosure agreement (NDA). Business owners don’t want their financials given out to everybody who calls in.
