Hello and Happy New Year everyone! I bought my first two laundromats last year (one before the pandemic, one during). Both are in the Greater Toronto Area – one in Toronto, one outside in a city called Mississauga. I recently came across this resource and think it’s great. Looking forward to learning and contributing (though given my newness, probably more learning at this point).

Hi fellow Canadian members! I’m new to the forums, looking to learn and hopefully acquire my first laundromat. I’m located just west of Toronto and looking at options around here. Does anyone have any recommendations for lenders in Canada willing to fund a laundromat purchase deal (at least to some degree)?
