        Hello everyone.

        I hear time and again about researching demographics for a location. Does anyone have any resources or tips on how to best go about this? How does one go about getting specific demographics for a small area of a city as oppose to a city as a whole?

          Hi Thomas
          There are several… US census has some info.
          there is a paid tool called radiusplus.com

          also a good rule of thumb is… does the location have a McDonalds, a Dollar Store and lots of apartments near by?
