        What are the best resources for evaluating the need for another laundromat in a city? If anyone has any rules of thumb I’d appreciate the input.

        I live in a town with 50k+ people and only one laundromat that is a known franchise. I see potential of needing another due to apartments near by and I believe it would be a good candidate for wash and fold as well being it’s a higher income area.
