        Hey everyone!

        my name of Ron and I plan on owning one laundromat but the end of 2020! I live in southern California about an hour from LA. I have been looking at one mat in my area, but they are asking price is a little ridiculous and they aren’t willing to come down. In the meantime, I am keeping in contact with their broker and just waiting for my time to pounce. It sounds like they’re looking to sell sooner than later so we will see what happens.

        I don’t own a laundromat yet, but I am ready to buy and would be happy to speak with anyone looking to learn. Feel free to respond here with any questions!
