        Hi There. I wanted to introduce myself and want to connect with other like minded investor/owners. I have owned over my life several SFR rentals and CRE Private Equity deals in California. I liquidated all that and flush with cash I am closing on my first laundry. I am a week or so out of buying my first laundry in SoCal (Noho area). I love the podcasts and the way Jordan lays out the material for the owner!!! I am excited that I have a great person and resource like Jordan. Keep up the great work.
