        Hello everyone, my name is Mark. My story is very similar to Dave Menz’s, where I’ve had the entrepreneurial itch for a long time but just didn’t exactly know what area to channel my energy into. I stumbled upon a few TikTok pages regarding laundromat owners and they piqued my interest, so now I’ve fallen down the laundromat ownership rabbit hole. I’ve been using all of my free time trying to learn more about the benefits of laundromat ownership and all the ins and outs of the business and industry. I’d love to possibly purchase my first one by the end of 2022.

          Hello Mark, I live in Bergen County. I have had tenants moving in and out of my property this past year. I like to do all the upgrades and repairs myself, so I have been busy.
