        Hello everyone. I’m Ken Benedetto from Clark NJ.
        I’m currently a RE Investor and w2 employee. I’m in the process of selling a few properties here in NJ and buying an existing laundromat or possibly start one up. This past week I found a laundromat for sale by owner in a nearby city here in NJ. And am currently working through the due diligence process. I’m learning this one may not be the 1st purchase. But I’m continuing to work through the process to 1. understand why its not for me or 2. if the seller ends up being highly motivated, maybe I can get in at a very low buy price. Has anyone here purchased a laundromat solely because the buy $$$ was way too attractive?
