        Looking forward to buying my first laundromat! I’ve created an LLC, working with a broker, and have funding. I just need the right opportunity to present itself. How far away is too far to run a laundromat that has part-time attendants?

          Hi Joshua i am in the Phoenix area as well. How did you connect with a broker? While I don’t have experience in the field yet I would imagine 30 min would be a far enough distance to travel.
