        My wife and I opened a new construction laundromat in august of 2020. Hopefully I can learn and help here. Currently we are in the process adding wash dry fold to our processes. What does everyone feel like is the best method of payment for the employees i.e. hourly or by the lb. or hourly with a quantity quality bonus?
