        Hey Everyone!

        I just joined the group while on my search for a laundromat. I live here in the DFW Metroplex and was hoping to meet other individuals with the same aspiration for some tips, advice, and frankly whatever there is!

        I’m hoping to find a store and close on a deal soon as I’d like to be up and running by the start of 2023. If there are any local brokers nearby that you recommend I would also be open to that.

        Look forward to getting to know some people!
