        Hi everyone,

        I’m a youngish(27) entrepreneur looking for new business ideas and opportunities in western Montana. I’ve always had laundromats in the back of my head but never actually followed through with learning anything about them. I recently found a potentially cash flowing one for sale near where I am moving to and now I am going down the rabbit hole. It’s pretty perfect timing actually. I’m selling my portion of a real estate investment project to my partner and am looking for someplace to put that newly gained cash. These forums are an awesome resource, can’t wait to dive in!
