        Hi Folks, looking for some ideas to make good use of a very slow, very small laundromat space (>1,000 sq ft). All new equipment and space. Currently self service only.

        Open to complete pivot of business.

          You should check with your distributor and see if they offer some of the newer stack units with washer on bottom and dryer on top. I know Huebsch offers them and I would imagine Speed Queen does too. My buddy is using those in his new laundry and they have worked well in a very small space.

            You need to work with the stores infrastructure (layout) and plan the most cost effective way to make it better. I would have a couple distributors look it over and see what they say. It’s impossible to give any advice with so little details.
