        In negotiation for a Zombimat current has 27 washers and 24 dryers. Need all new equipment – Will need info – help- education regarding equipment and furnishings. Please let me know – if you have a recommendation. Also I am somewhat afraid of giving out the info on the store to a distributor before we have a lock on the lease. I had a repair-man / distributor tell me that he gets a finders fee $5K for any store that he finds for one of the bigger players in town.
