        Hey guys!
        I just recorded the latest episode of the podcast on how to prepare your laundromat business for a potential recession. I’m hoping we can keep the conversation rolling over here. Here are a couple of questions I have for you:
        1. Do you believe a recession is coming? Why or why not?
        2. What are you doing to prepare for a potential recession?

          I’m going back in the forum and found this thread. Seems rather appropriate since the Fed raised the interest rate again yesterday.

          I’ll answer 1 as I don’t own any laundromats yet only real estate.
          I think we are headed into a recession as the Fed is doing everything it can to get a recession going. This is not to say the rate hikes are or are not warranted. Their actions seem to be trying to cause an intentional recession.
