        How much information should one expect to receive from the broker before making an offer?

        I reached out to a broker and she provided info that included the location address and detail on the machine types and count, but no financials or info on the lease.

        Should I expect to be able to have this information before making an offer? Or is that typically provided during due diligence?

          Typically that information is provided with the other information you’ve received on the front end after a CA/NDA is signed by potential buyer.
