        Need help evaluating our first deal .

        I’m from the Toronto, Ontario, Canada

        Listing for 166k for just the business , rent from land owner,

        Yet 50% of 30 washers are broken and 30 dryers are getting old

        Perfect zombie laundromat ! As business owner is moving on to other businesses, yet if profit why leave. Wants to know to evaluate the true cost remaining machines conditions

          Good morning Victor. I’m new to this forum and have just started learning about the laundromat business. I’m also in the GTA area – north of the city.

          Did you end up getting any help with your deal? I’m considering doing a similar deal once I find a location. I’d love to hear about your experience so far.
