Hi All,

I just joined this community today in hopes of purchasing a laundromat in the relatively near future. I am currently invested in a couple rental properties with two partners and a land deal with 4 others but have nothing to call my own. I intend to purchase a laundromat as a form of supplemental income to my full-time job + other investments. I am coming into this with no experience and little knowledge on how to own and operate a profitable laundromat so my initial goal is to learn as much as possible while I build my savings for any potential purchase.

I have been thinking about this for many years, but just recently have started dong my research and have found this resource to be very helpful. there are lots of opinions about best equipment – I have questions about the life cycle of Speed Queen washers & dryers. Can anyone help with their experience of owning these machines? If well maintained how long should they last? – Thanks – Justin
