        Hey, my name is Randy and I’m looking to own my first laundromat.

        I’m in the research stage right now and looking forward to (and anxious) taking the plunge.

          Hi, Randy. I just started the research stage as well. Seems like a lot of people look for about a year before pulling the trigger. Also seems like getting a good, honest, dependable broker is the way to go.
