        Hello,

        My name is Patrick, and I live in the Houston, TX area. My wife and I both work as chemical operators and do well in the industry but would also like to consider a passive income source for in the future.

        I have been listening to all of the Laundrymat Resource videos and am in the planning stages now collecting market data and doing a ton of research. I look forward to meeting with you guys and any advice you may have.
