        Hello all,

        I’ve been reading and watching videos about laundromats and am looking to purchase at least one in the next year.
        Would love to get some opinions on how to find one. I’m looking to purchase in the South Bay area all the way up to Fremont and all the way up to San Francisco.

        Any advice would be appreciated.
