        Can anyone recommend a good NY area laundromat broker? I’m looking in the Queens/Nassau County area.

        One of the brokers I dealt with said none of his laundromat businesses, that are for sale, provide financials because they’re all cash businesses and that’s how he sells them. They only provide cost of rent and utilities. Something doesn’t sound right with this. Who buys a business and doesn’t ask what the gross revenue and NOI are?

          Hi Jack I have had a similar experience with a broker in NY. He told me unless I am paying cash this Buisness isn’t for me because its a cash Buisness and the financials are hard to confirm. To me its all BS. I guess there are people out there dumb enough to just hand over money without confirming income etc.
