        Hello Everyone

        I am a real estate investor /landlord and I just sign a contract to buy a zombie mat. I have 30 days to make sure the business is viable then close in Mid September. Plan to remove everything and build out fresh. Go big or go home.

        I live in Westminster Maryland I really need opinions and mentors.
