Speed Queen vs Dexter…
Which do you prefer and why?

Also, do both Brands offer coin and card? I want to use cards, but I don’t want to eliminate coins altogether. The laundromat that I am considering buying is in a middle income hispanic neighborhood, and I feel most people will still prefer using coins.

Dexter hands down. Dexter is

Many times more reliable, interchangeable parts, withstand daily use and typical abuse, excellent customer support, relatively easier to maintain and repair (i.e. access to parts for maintenance & repair) , better built, engineered, and tested. designed to be user friendly and aesthetically speaking.

I believe both brands offer coin and card but…. you have to not only know and understand your demographic but also how much “data” are you willing to provide on a silver platter? Be sure to think about that.

My demographic definitely prefers coins.
