        My store doesn’t have the gas or water turned on yet. Now that I have all of my equipment in place. My question is: Should I have The equipment connected before the utilities are turned on, or should I have the utilities turned on first and then connect the equipment?

          I don’t think it matters one way or another. If there is a possibility of air in the water pipes, I would hook up after the water is on and you run the air out of the system.
